I was very disappointed when I had to call them a third time in 6 weeks for the same thing. And they didn’t obviously warranty their work because that would require them to do the right thing and fix it for free or at least at a discounted price. I’ve been in the service industry for most of my adult life and I know when to take care of customers. I have moved on down the plumber page to find one that knows what they are doing and also know how to treat their customers.
Ok so they cleaned some blockage in a drain at my house and broke the toilet. The tech was very nice and said it would be replaced. Just wondering if it’s normal to still charge me $500 for such a easy job and after breaking my toilet? Service: Drain cleaning
Very unprofessional and extremely expensive. Took advantage of older couple and man has cancer. Tried to get couple to pay him for work not done. Ran him off and got Matlock to do job for $100 instead of the $500 that Lusk tried to charge the elderly couple.
