Sanders pluming responded very quickly. I had a cracked water line that we found out needed to be replaced. The service tech was very friendly and professional. I appreciated his confidence and knowledge in being able to get the work done needed for my repair. My estimate came almost immediately, and I knew how much it was going to cost very quickly. The did a very quality job in fixing my broken water line.
Chad Davis gave me excellent service. He promptly responded to my service request, answered all my questions, went above and beyond to ensure an unexpected issue that came up was resolved to my satisfaction, and followed up after providing services to double check that everything was working smoothly and there were no additional problems. Because of my positive experience with Chad, I will definitely use Sanders Services again.
I’ve used Sanders for plumbing and HVAC and they’re great at both. They’re very reasonable in price, have excellent and experienced staff, and my wife is comfortable with them being with her in our house even if I’m not home. That’s a big deal - we haven’t always had that. And to expound, we got home from vacation in July when it was 293° outside and our upstairs air was out. I called on a Sunday evening just to try and get on their calendar as soon as I could, and their manager called me! He spent over an hour walking me through things to try on my own when he was watching a Cubs game with his family…on a Sunday night. I know the Cubs suck, but that’s OUTSTANDING service! We couldn’t solve the problem but they had someone out the next day and got it fixed. They have an annual contract that does both HVAC and plumbing which is great and worth every penny.
