Very courteous and professional staff! The techs call when they are on their way and are always on time. They are very knowledgeable when it comes to doing their job so you don’t end up paying for wasted time! We signed up for the maintenance program and receive a discount on parts/service. I believe they also offer a military discount. Services: HVAC system maintenance, A/C system maintenance, A/C system repair, Heating system maintenance

April2023:My property manager suggested a company they use for HVAC issues on my house I own /rent in Sherwood Ar- - that preferred Co. came out and gave an estimate of $798! ( HVAC < 5 yrs old btw- fairly minor issue ) I asked if I could do some further research -- reviews were pretty scary on first company - - It pays to read reviews!! Found Seaton in NLR - they ended up coming out - diagnosing and fixing for $97 - all fixed - all parties satisfied - Ladies - be careful - sadly we do get taken advantage of sometimes on Home Owner issues !!
