Although more expensive than some others, their work has always been excellent, and my 2 stars are based only on customer service. The last time I used Johnson I asked about the senior discount, which had always been there in the past, and was told that I had to specifically request it before the invoice had been charged. Since I had not asked, no discount. Then I was told that it was now a maximum of only $50. This was a company that I had been doing business with for over 30 years, and had just spent over $1,000. If they could not even do a $50 discount to keep a customer satisfied this was not the Johnson of old, and I will not do business with them again. An email sent to the company about this went unanswered.

Not open 24 hours. Only M-F needs to correct google hours.

I called Johnson Plumbing to get an estimate on some repair work I needed done. Grant came out the same day, gave me an estimate and told me they were pretty booked up but if they had a cancelation they would put me on the list. A couple of days later, Grant and Cody came out and did the work. They did a great job. I would recommend this company for any Plumbing work you need done. Service: Faucet repair
