Dan came out to service our HVAC system and noticed a slight drip in our T&P line outside. He called in a plumbing repair for us. Robert called us within an hour to two hours that he could come by and take a look at it. Robert took great care of us! We really appreciate the time he took to walk us through the repair on our hot water heater. Even got a discount. Both of these men went above and beyond to get us taken care of! Thank you! I had a maintenance with Paschal on Saturday and my unit stopped blowing cool air thereafter. They didn’t work on Sunday so I had to wait till Monday to get a tech out to take a look. He took a bunch of wires apart, said it was the coresense diagnostic piece which failed, didn’t know there was a reset button underneath, then proceeded to claim that the compressor was the problem. He kept asking if I wanted a quote on the parts, but I refused. You just want to make money off people while providing no service at all! Such a shame I entrusted you with my money in the past. Dillon came to do our service today. He was extremely thorough in his inspection. He alerted us to some issues with our system and some potential problems down the road due to the age of our indoor unit. Our outdoor unit was cleaned very well. He went over options at all price points and worked hard to find the right solution for us. We will be requesting him every time from this point forward. 10/10
