I had a maintenance with Paschal on Saturday and my unit stopped blowing cool air thereafter. They didn’t work on Sunday so I had to wait till Monday to get a tech out to take a look. He took a bunch of wires apart, said it was the coresense diagnostic piece which failed, didn’t know there was a reset button underneath, then proceeded to claim that the compressor was the problem. He kept asking if I wanted a quote on the parts, but I refused. You just want to make money off people while providing no service at all! Such a shame I entrusted you with my money in the past. My unit is only 5 years old and you’re wanting a compressor change! No more Paschal! Services: HVAC system repair, HVAC system maintenance

Frankly, I'm amazed at the service. I had a water heater failure this morning. I called at 8:00am for a service call. By 9:00am a technician was on site. He surveyed the job, quoted it, and had a 2nd team enroute within 30 minutes. The 2nd crew arrived with the new water heater and all the parts required for the job. By noon I was up and running. I was informed of all the work that was performed, advised as to how the maintenance works and they were on their way. I also liked the notification texts before arriving. Last but should have been first, the operator was very helpful in determining what I required and getting me scheduled. Thanks to all the folks that assisted with the water heater replacement. I'm very pleased.

We called in the am to report that our A/C wasn't working . We immediately got an appointment for that evening . When Mike arrived he immediately began to investigate the problem . He was extremely knowledgeable and had the problem identified in a short time . He explained what my options were and what was needed to repair our unit. If Mike is any indication of Paschal Air, they are a top notch company. I would recommend them to any one . They need a six star rating . And they have a great service plan .
