Osage Air

First time customer, and I have to say that I'm really impressed! Air-conditioner stopped working last night, with a predicted high of 92 degrees today. The Osage crew were fabulous at every point of contact, from scheduling the appointment, to the text updates, to the completion of the repairs. I called Osage first thing in the morning with a malfunctioning A/C unit, got a quick response- a technician headed our way within 2 hours! Andrew came out and diagnosed the problem in minutes. He promptly went to get the part, and installed it. Very professional, efficient, and friendly.
