Got a tech to come out for estimate quickly. He gave me a verbal only and seemed annoyed I even called them out. Quote took a week and was higher than all other plumbers in the area by 2-3x labor charge. Way too expensive. Easy job to replace a recirculation pump and check value. Will not call them again for any jobs.

Great service, great attention to detail, I covered the tiny bit of blue plumber tape with black magic marker. He cleaned up his mess, was not averse to me helping &&&&& yes, I will use Ray Lusk/ Rick again if I need a plumber. I left a message about needing a plumber for a couple of small items. They called me the next morning. Set up for a plumber to come that afternoon. Grant was on time and was very personable. He checked the one sink that had a small leak and noticed small screw was loose. He also fixed the drain plug in our other sink instead of telling us it needed to be replaced.
