My furnace was not working on the coldest day of the year. I called Phipps. Chris immediately called me back. 30 minutes later he sent Cleo, who was awesome! Everything was working before 10am, and was reasonably priced!! What a friendly efficient crew! I highly recommend Phipps and will definitely call again next time. Thanks guys! Was staying at river's edge RV park and had an issue with my R VS AC unit. I called Phipps and Even though i did not contract their services the owner was more than helpful and caring about my situation. He went out of his way do answer any questions help with any needs, And go as far As checking back up with me the next day. If I ever Have another issue and in the area I will definitely be giving them a call.
