EXCELLENT service and support from this Carrier dealer! Tech Matt came out and was fantastic. Fixed our issues, completed a thorough service and repair, and the price was consistent with what you'd expect form an hour-long appointment. Most importantly, he politely answered the laundry list of questions that he no doubt has heard a thousand times. This was the only place in Northwest Arkansas that I found who would come to repair my infarred heater inside my yoga studio.
