Good communication and helped us fix the issue we had been having with our flickering lights and power randomly going out in our master bedroom for the last 6 months that we had been avoiding fixing. Amazing customer service and fairly priced too, my light switch was broken to the point I can't turn off the lights, my lights we're just constantly on, I gave them a call and they told me they have availability the next morning, I explained my situation that my light has been on for about a day now and if they have something today that would be great, and they we're kind enough to squeeze me in their schedule.
