We have been having issues with our AC that is only 2 years old. After going through two other companies wasting our time and money and our ac completely breaking. I found Autumn air heating & cooling. We were impressed by their service!! Taylor, the tech who came out was timely, professional and knowledgeable. He knew right away, after describing our issue, what the problem was and he literally had our ac up and running with in 30 mins. Very impressed! Highly recommend
First time using Autumn Air and very pleased. Called at 7am and my A/C was up and working by 10:30am. The tech was Taylor and he was fantastic, right on time and very helpful. He completely took care of issue and had cool air flowing. I was impressed with his friendliness, knowledge and fast professional work. Autumn Air and Taylor are now my go to for A/C work. Excellent/reliable service as always from our tech, Taylor. I've had the premium maintenance plan with autumn air for 5 years now. They never disappoint. Zone control motor went out in our master bedroom on July 29th. They came the same day and resolved the issue, so we could sleep comfortably until the replacement part comes in. 10/10. Highly recommend
