Excellent/reliable service as always from our tech, Taylor. I've had the premium maintenance plan with autumn air for 5 years now. They never disappoint. Zone control motor went out in our master bedroom on July 29th. They came the same day and resolved the issue, so we could sleep comfortably until the replacement part comes in. 10/10. Highly recommend
