Andres was amazing! We had snapped the mixing valve in our shower while trying to replace it (on a Saturday). Andres was able to come that day within a few hours. He was very friendly and professional and even went out of his way to get the part we needed and the adapter. Overall a wonderful experience and we will definitely use this company again. We just had our kitchen redone. New cabinets, flooring, appliances, the whole nine. When a couple days into using it we noticed the floor was really warm in a spot. Turns out we had a hot water leak under the floor. Oh no. We’re going to have to redo the kitchen. Please no. We called Rivers plumbing as a recommendation and I’m glad we did. They immediately answered all of our questions alleviating a many of our fears. And we’re able to reroute the plumbing with out making a scratch. Like orthoscopic surgery, there were able to make small cuts around the area leaving all of the new construction untouched. Thank you Rivers plumbing.
