Our water softener failed Sunday evening and all of our lines were clogged with the media. We called Dave and he walked us through all of the steps to help us without hesitation. He could have just said I'll be right over and charges us tons of money to do some simple easy things. The next day he stopped by because we were still having some issues with the showers and tub faucets. By the time Dave got there everything was working fine. He took time out of his day to explain what happened and that we did everything right to remedy the issue. He also explained the benefits of installing a different type of water conditioner. On his way out he also gave me another pointer on how to lower the water temperature from the street by a few degrees by wrapping my supply line with insulation.
