Let me first start off by saying the work performed was great! Very professional and nice. The downgrades come in two forms: One, they quoted me a price to do a full sink removal and replacement in my kitchen. Plus disposal. Well, because they were 1.5 hrs late (reason two) I decided to do some of the work. I had the old plumbing partially removed, old sink out, wiring reran, disposal ready to go in-all left was sink install, disposal install, faucet and plumbing. So half the work done and I still had to pay quoted price. If I had known that, I would have never touched the sink in the first place. And I'm still waiting on my electronic receipt... CJ arrived and did an awesome job installing showerhead and handle and went out of his way to get a longer tub spout and installed cover and drain cover for a very reasonable amount. He was kind, courteous, professional and was patient to do so a perfect result for me and my husband. He really wants the finish product the way the person wants it done. I would recommend.
