Airamedics Heating and Air Conditioning

I was without heat for a week & then developed a leak from the roof near the heat pump to the living room ceiling. I was waiting on my home warranty service to do the repairs but I got tired of waiting after a week & Airamedics was able to come out & do the repairs the same day I called. The technician, Bobby, was professional, courteous, efficient, and explained everything to me every step of the way. He successfully repaired the heat pump & patched the seals that had worn out. Bobby arrived right on time as was quick and efficient. Friendly and informative. He fixed our issue in no time at all and got us cooling! Highly recommend him and the office staff. Scheduler was also efficient and friendly, even thought she was crazy busy and most certainly overwhelmed. She kept me informed of the tech arrival and answered all my questions.
