Rich is very responsive and shows up on time. He took time to understand a unique problem I had with running a separate water line for a pond. Although we ultimately decided the job will be too complicated, Rich spend quite a bit of time with me and gave me all the options to educate me so that I dont end up in a bad situation even if I didnt choose him for the install. I will be contacting Rich for all my future plumbing needs. He also did not charge me the trip charge even after I insisted twice. I really appreciated him being helpful and transparent. Luckily, I didn't need to use them. They returned my call in a timely manner. They advised me what to do about my problem and they didn't need to come out. Saved me alot of money!! Thank you! I will be using them when the need arises.
