My air conditioner stopped working on a Monday night in July. Other companies I called couldn’t come out for days. My friend had used Hendel’s to install her new unit and was very pleased with their service. I left them a message at 9:30 that night and by 6 the next morning they called and came out that day. Everyone I worked with- from the repair technician to the sales team and installers were professional, helpful and the communication was outstanding! I highly recommend Hendel’s!!! Purchased a blower motor for a the air handler a year ago, the motor died and they won't warranty it because they didn't install it. Why didn't tell me that before I paid 300 plus dollars for a 100-150 dollar part! You'll never see another penny from me and I'll always give you a bad review. Edited after owner reply. It's NOT a return, it's warranty! And I WAS NOT TOLD that there is no warranty. By the way! I AM EPA 608 certified and do HVAC work for a living. Careful of who you're pre judging.

Service usually came within a few days. The last time it was around 4 weeks for general maintenance. The service told me it needed 2 to 3 lbs of freon. My main complaint is that the unit I bought from Hendal's has required 2 recharges and may be leaking. It was low one lb one year after I purchased it. Service: A/C system maintenance
