Our washing machine broke, and with 7 people in the house that isn’t a joke. We called Thomas Home Service and they were able to provide same day service! Jesse came out and diagnosed the issue, and had to drive across town to get the part for our LG washer. He kept us informed of what was happening along the way, and was very friendly. He got us up and running and we are so happy with the service!

Jeremy is an excellent technician, personable, thorough and a great communicator. I think this washer works better than it ever has since I’ve owned this home. Thomas Home Services efficiently resolved an a/c issue that 2 previous companies were unable to remedy. Emily, in the office, was cordial, efficient and caring of the situation. She communicated very well throughout the process. The technicians, Will and Gavin, were both friendly and professional.
