Jeremy is an excellent technician, personable, thorough and a great communicator. I think this washer works better than it ever has since I’ve owned this home. This company was very communicative when they were running late and I appreciated that. They called me at each step of the way to keep me in the loop. Ultimately I didn't have this company fix the problem as it was going to be a little out of my budget but they helped me diagnose for a fair price. I was able to order the part myself and fix it for less. I thank them for their honesty and guidance.
