I highly recommend American Cooling and Heating! They helped us out so promptly on our failing A/C unit. We were able to have a new one installed under a 10 year warranty with half the cost of other estimates. The installers were on time, polite, efficient. The excellent customer service and the fact they actually answer their phone when calling is a big bonus!! Highly recommend!
Excellent service! They showed up same day to make sure of what was needed for install. Then they came back 2 days later for the install. Started promptly at 5am. With temps reaching record breaking heat they had a new ac system installed and running by noon. Half the price of the big companies that advertise on the radio and better service. Thank you Scott!!
Definitely a 5 star review! They were super responsive on a Sunday when our AC stopped working in 115 degree weather! Miguel worked until 10pm on a Sunday night to get our AC operating temporarily before replacing the unit. Scot was fair with pricing on a new unit, was prompt on the install, did a great job on the install, is very knowledgeable and professional and would definitely recommend. Really great experience!
