Mammoth Services

I used to use Mammoth for all things relating to property maintenance for my rental. They overcharge for many things because they are a GC that outsources tasks to other vendors like landscaping, cleaning, etc, but it was convenient to use them. They installed a new AC unit three years ago and secured the 6 foot drain pipe with electrical tape instead of securing it with a hose clamp or something more substantial so the tiny 1" joint at the AC unit didn't break off. Three years later, I have to repair my roof for $750, because it did just that and leaked water for, what seems to be several months if not years. When I asked them to send someone out to properly secure the drain pipe, they refused to to do it. Something so simple, that they messed up on initially, that would cost them almost nothing to repair, and I guess my future business wasn't worth it. I have since stopped all services from Mammoth and use local vendors who have better pricing and treat me much better.

Nightmare experience. Worst experience I’ve had with a company. I had a “cleaning” scheduled through them. They claimed my water was turned off. I was at the property 1 hour before they came and it was working. I came as soon as they said the water wasn’t working and THEY SHUT THE VALVE OFF and claimed the water wasn’t working and so when I showed up no one was there and one of the sinks was left running. The cleaner left all the lights on and the door unlocked.. and didn’t clean a thing and I have tenants moving in tomorrow. OnQ Property management recommended them and it looks really bad on their end bc this was a disaster of an experience. This is completely unacceptable. I am in complete shock right now. Imagine if I didn’t come by the property….
