Nightmare experience. Worst experience I’ve had with a company. I had a “cleaning” scheduled through them. They claimed my water was turned off. I was at the property 1 hour before they came and it was working. I came as soon as they said the water wasn’t working and THEY SHUT THE VALVE OFF and claimed the water wasn’t working and so when I showed up no one was there and one of the sinks was left running. The cleaner left all the lights on and the door unlocked.. and didn’t clean a thing and I have tenants moving in tomorrow. OnQ Property management recommended them and it looks really bad on their end bc this was a disaster of an experience. This is completely unacceptable. I am in complete shock right now. Imagine if I didn’t come by the property….

I have the pleasure of working with a lady by the name of Leanna Reinhart ... And a Gentleman Nick ..There team work is on point and very professional they handle work orders on a timely manner and put there tenants and home owners first. Not to mention there maintenance crew in Tucson.. very awesome .. will definitely continue to work with Mammoth service's and would definitely recommend.. thanxxxxx.....
