AZ Water, Drain & Sewer

Been dealing with hard hard hard water for 15 years since I moved into this house in west Tempe. Called for water softener estimate to remove the calcium. Response was fast. Derek(I think? I am terrible with names) was person who worked with me through estimate and installation. Communication was clear, and all expectations were met with fast turnaround time from estimate to installation. I rarely say this, but I would recommend this business to my friends and family.

Amazing team. Most responsive professionals I have worked with in some time. We had a whole home softener and filter installed along with a new RO system. Both top of the line. Matt, our installer was excellent and efficient. He even came out the same day for an initial plumbing problem we were having. We will be using AZ water systems for all of our plumbing issues in the future.

From initial phone call, to Derek coming out and checking out my needs, to Tanner completing service. Everyone was friendly and responsive. From initial call to having my new filtration system installed took less than a week. Tanner who did install was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, did an amazing job removing my old softener unit and replacing it with the new combo filtration with softener unit purchased. Made sure everything was working before he left with no leaks and kept asking if there was any questions he could help with..super attentive. Could not be more happy with my service. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
