Terrance from AZ Water Systems was great. He installed a new water heater, new water filtration system, replaced a toilet and redid our main water shut off valve. He was meticulous and paid close attention to all the tiny details. He cleaned up any messes made and made sure there were no leaks when finished. His handy work looks professional. And he was really friendly. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with all of that work. I definitely recommend this company. I’m so glad I called them. Larry and his team came and replaced our RO filters and membranes. They offered a more than reasonable price, and Tanner had the swap done in less than 30 minutes. Communication was precise, and friendly!
The field tech (Derek) that came to my house was very knowledgeable, honest and professional. He showed up on time and called first to let me know when he was on his way. He took the time to listen to my concerns so that he could properly address them. I won’t hesitant to use this company again for any future plumbing needs.
