I’ve been using Simply The Best for almost 20 years and have always been satisfied, getting check-ups on my hvac twice a year. It was now time for a new A/C, and between Javier imparting great service and knowledge from beginning to end, I also experienced prompt office assistance, with Trevor being the best in further help; I couldn’t have been more satisfied. Trevor is great! He was so personable and friendly! He was extremely knowledgeable and very thorough when explaining everything in a way that I could understand the issues. He showed me pictures to back up his assessment. He is honest and was not pushy at all. I felt that our best interest was at the forefront of his mind at all times. I have never had such a positive experience with an A/C company! My best friend and husband recommended this company to us, and I’m so glad we moved forward with them.
