We have been using Brian for almost two years now. We had a bathtub leak in our second floor. After our plumber fixed the leak we were left with a large hole in our downstairs ceiling. A friend referred us to Brian. He did a fantastic job fixing the hole, texturing and painting the ceiling. We then had a need at our new business office (commercial building) to move some electrical outlets, mount a very large TV, and replace a water heater. We have had him back to our house and repaired our patio roof along with all of the posts for our patio that were rotting out at the bottom due to the sprinklers. Brian is always professional. If he says he will be there at a certain time, he will be there. He has never flaked out on any appointment we have had. As I am normally the one home when Brian arrives, I have always felt very safe to have him and his crew in our home when it was just be an my children home. I have used Brian for repairs and maintenance of my Gilbert rental property for five years now. When the property was last vacant I had a three page list of things to be repaired or replaced. He tackled each and every one. He did excellent work and was such a pleasure to work with. Maybe because he has a house full of kids is why he has so much patience working for an old lady like me. He accomplished everything in a timely manner even while, at that time, working his full time job. Here is a partial listing of the things he took care of for me, and I really appreciated every little ( and big) project he did.
