We started using ground zero a few month’s ago and they have been nothing but professional and attentive. Today we had Cody service us and he was 100% honest and transparent. This company has saved us from the extreme Arizona heat and we are so grateful to have them. They always answer the phone and treat their customers like family. The installation professionals were very intent on getting the job done fast and efficiently to the best standards available. The concern for getting the job done was evident in the expedient, rapid entry into the house and setup to get started on the job of removing old equipment and placing new equipment.
