Called Garrett on Monday about a leaky faucet. He immediately called back and helped to assess the issue over the phone and by sending a 5 second video. He told us what to have ready when he arrived and to call him. We purchased the parts on Tuesday and he was out first thing on Wednesday. I had Garrett Plumbing come out to replace a broken hose bib on the side of my house. Dave answered my call and was professional and respectful. He listened to what I needed and was willing to go with modifications I requested. He was able to schedule me the next day. They called before they headed over and were even a bit early. The job went quickly and seems to be done well. They took the time to answer any questions I had before they left.
