Our water heater was overdue for replacement, and once it started showing signs of old age we knew the time had come for a new one. We called Klein Heating and cooling, and their technician came out the next day. He had everything on his truck and was able to do the whole replacement job right then. He was very professional and courteous, and since he was also a veteran doing plumbing in the Navy for several years I am confident that his work is top notch

My plumber from Klein Heating and cooling came on time, very professional and polite. Explained everything well before and after the job done as well. He did an excellent job.
