These guys are the real deal! They responded to my request promptly, scheduled with me for the next day, called 30 minutes prior to their arrival, and when they did arrive, the technician was very friendly and got to work to identify the problem which he fixed very quickly. The technician, Robert, was eminently professional. He arrived in safety gear, Was very polite, got straight to work and discovered our issue within 15 minutes. He then proceeded to fix it within the hour and charge a reasonable rate for his service. I couldn’t be happier with Gilbert Air.... please contact me for any further questions you may have.

Our air had started to run warm and Robert from Gilbert Air came out less than 2 hours after I called. He was so kind and professional. He explained everything in terms I understood. He even explained how a previous person with a different company had incorrectly installed a part and wrote down what he was seeing so I could attempt to contact the company for them to fix their mistake. He also explained that we would likely be looking at replacing our unit sooner than later but did not push any replacement on us. He fixed the parts that were bad and the air is working so much better now. It was a great experience and I will recommend Gilbert air to everyone I know. Thank you so much Robert. An absolutely wonderful group to service your air conditioner. Robert was very personable and a pleasure to work with while servicing our unit thoroughly. Robert replaced our compressor included in their 5 year maintenance plan where they’ll come out twice a year at no additional cost!
