PDQ once again saved the 110 degree day by having a weekend answering service, an excellent on-call technician and a within 14 hours, a diagnosis and repair of our AC unit…for the 2nd time in a year!!! Just got back from vacation and our AC wasn’t running properly! Called to set an appointment and they were available the day of, on time, great price, super great customer service over the phone (Erica) and wonderful, kind and efficient tech (Otis).
