PDQ is very reliable and has professional field techs and office personnel. The amazing thing is they work hard and do not slow until the job is done regardless of the heat. I had a leak that was obvious. Called several HVAC companies that wouldn’t give me a rough estimate over the phone. One came out and gave me a ridiculous amount. My wife’s friend recommended PDQ and they gave me a rough estimate over the phone that was fair. PDQ came the next day and fixed the issue for less than quote. This was the best customer service without trying to be gorged on pricing. I would 100% recommend PDQ!

So PDQ came out years ago and fixed our flux capacitor, I mean our run capacitor on our AC and they have always delivered. Fourteen days of 115°+???????????? our blower went out on one of our AC units. PDQ to the rescue! They came out after hours, found the only blower that fit our fancy fussy infuriating AC unit and got it in the next day! PDQ took my $$ but left us pretty damn cool and pretty damn happy!
