I cannot say enough about how fortunate we were to have Herman bring our rental property from a state of disrepair to a home that, well felt like a home to be proud to own. As Landlords, my wife and I had always had the plan to sell the home at the end of the rental contract, but Herman really had us seriously reconsider because of the quality of work he had done! Only because we reside in Canada and we cannot cross the border for an undetermined period of time, we begrudgingly decided that it was best to sell our home after the project. Herman treats his projects like it is his own project. He makes recommendations and decisions that strikes the right balance of quality at the right price. The thoughtful planning he puts into doing a job well was evident throughout the project; he saw around corners, anticipating things before it even entered our minds.
