He is the best handyman around, when friends ask for someone I always tell them Herman, He might not be the cheapest as he does only quality work, but he is the best. I will not let anyone in my house to do any work unless it is Herman or someone he has vetted, if it's for work he doesn't do. If for some reason you have a problem he comes right back to make it right, no further charge. He has done many projects large and small since we moved to Mesa in 2004.

I cannot say enough about how fortunate we were to have Herman bring our rental property from a state of disrepair to a home that, well felt like a home to be proud to own. As Landlords, my wife and I had always had the plan to sell the home at the end of the rental contract, but Herman really had us seriously reconsider because of the quality of work he had done!
