Suttle Air provided excellant troubleshooting and diagnosis for our A/C that was failing to heat/cool. Utimately the system needed to be replaced and they communicated pricing, schedule and status daily. The installation had two challenges which we were amazed that the installation team were able to over-come: 1) relocation of the condensor unit with new lines, and 2) Getting the new air handler into the attic space without any damage. James is a true gentleman. He did the maximum diagnostics without strings attached. He kept his word, did his best to work with me on a number of issues. He is great person to work with.
