Dennis and Verde plumbing were amazing, and professional from start to finish. We just purchased our home and ran into a big problem with our plumbing, needing to be completely replaced. Dennis came out, assessed our problem and by the end of our conversation I knew he was our guy. He started promptly and completed a big project in under a weeks time. I was very impressed by his work and communication skills, he always kept us updated on what was going and what to expect on a daily basis. There were no surprises and he completed the job in the time that was originally given to us from the start. Highly recommend for any plumbing needs, his expertise changed what I expected to be an unpleasant experience as a new home owner into a stress free situation. Great communication and work was excellent. Before starting work, Dennis stopped by to discuss what's needed and costs. Estimate was spot on. While chatting in my driveway, the neighbor stopped by and told us that Dennis has also helped him.
I went through my home warranty company for a water heater leak and was very specific to them about wanting a quality plumber based on other bad experiences with home warranty contractors. Well they sent the best! My husband and I had nothing but good communication and interaction with Dennis/the owner. He was thorough and explained the home warranty process very well to us, in getting our old water heater replaced. He went above and beyond and told us to call him as soon as the new water heater was delivered to call him and he would be out SAME DAY to fix and replace. I was amazed, his customer service is above and beyond, he was a pleasure to work for during a time when you go through home repairs it helps to have someone efficient, communicative, professional, polite and thorough.
