Dan arrived at the appointed time. I told him what had happened to the water conditioner and he looked at it, and decided what needed to be done. Victor, an apprentice, was with Dan and also looked at the job. Both men got busy removing the old conditioner, salt tank, and prepped the pipes that needed capped. Victor set up the pipes with a by-pass and soldered those into place. Both men picked up and swept the work area and removed the old tanks. Dan spoke with me about replacing the old tank along with the cost. Both men were courteous, clean, and professional. I would have them back for any future work, which might be needed. Once again, Bumble Bee plumbing has far exceeded my expectations. From the time I requested service until the job was completed was less than 2 hours. The technician, Donny Garza, not only cleared my drain, he gave me thorough education about the buildup in my pipes and how to use enzymes to clean them out. Not only is he a true professional, he was very polite and took great care to not make or leave a mess and he wore protective booties over his shoes to protect the floors. Bumble Bee Plumbing was fast and professional. Joel was the service tech. He explained things thoroughly and offered examples visually on his eye pad. He changed out some toilet items since this house was built in the 70s. I liked that there were different price points to make sure budgets were respected.
