I don't often leave reviews, but after the awesome service I received, I had to! After trying several different electrician companies for same-day services, that didn't have any openings till 1-2 weeks out. I found Farris Electric LLC. I talked with Alen, and even with his busy schedule today, he had his guys at my house within an hour to fix my electrical outlet issue. What made his service superior was his exceptional communication skill, knowledge, honesty, and friendliness. Throughout the process of his guys getting to my house and starting the repair, he kept me updated with messages and pictures. I highly recommend Alen and his team! Me and my husband where up late wondering what to do about the electric problem's we where having with our hot water heater, electric box, and our dryer. We looked up electrician though Home Depot. They gave us three companies. He was the last one. I checked all off their reviews. He had all stars from everyone. We called thinking we would get an answering machine. When it was after hours. This was after 10pm. We where shocked to get some one. They where very nice and respectful. Even when they were closed. They still picked up the phone to help. They set a time to come out. With no problem. He came out. His name was Alen Topcic. Best Decision we could have ever ever made on an electrician. He came out, looked at everything. And knew what was wrong.
