Matt came out and was very professional. Went thru a/c unit and had two recommendations. We will wait at this time, but did purchase the service plan. Excellent service!!! Punctual, professional and very knowledgeable! We had a company come out and they couldn’t figure out the problem. This company comes out and it took a bit testing different variables but they got it done and the AC is working great. The technician explained everything thoroughly so we knew what we were paying for. This is our new go to company! Highly recommended. I can see why they are rated 5 stars ????????
I was referred to this company and am so glad that I was. Our AC was blowing air but not cool at all. I called and spoke to Danielle and she was quick to get in touch with her tech and said he could be here in about an hour...SAME DAY!! I was understandably (and pleasantly) surprised and her tech, Tallen, was even earlier than that! He diagnosed and repaired the problem in under 30 minutes and then took the time to check out our air-handler in the attic and explain EVERYTHING to us! Tallen is a ROCK STAR!
