New roof installed in late 2018. Roof looked great, but just had a pigeon abatement company install wire lines along the hips and ridges and they found numerous tiles installed with SHORT nails that were inferior. Thankfully the pigeon guys replaced/fixed all the problem areas along those edgelines but now I'm stuck wondering... what other tiles weren't done correctly? The hip and ridge end stacks also had to be reinstalled in a few places (2nd floor gable, hard to see from the ground and I'm not a roofer). Its really lame to find this out 3 years later, a new roof installed without the correct nails.... buyer beware when shopping for a roofer. **Update to Business comment** We dont have Owl deterrents installed and never asked for them. Ron and his crew were professional and on time. They put a new underlayment on our roof. They were customer-centric from proposal to finish. The crew did high quality work. We've never heard of company owner showing up to the job site everyday to address questions and oversee the work, but Ron came everyday! He's done other homes in our neighborhood with positive feedback from all.

One of the best contractors I have ever hired. Diamond & 4 Brother’s Roofing is a family owned and operated company. Darron is the owner and a great person to work with. Have high respect for his work ethics and integrity. In my opinion, paying and getting the initial install done is the easy part. Getting the contractor back to fix any issues after the install (even with a warranty) is the hard part. This is why some pay big bucks to "known" brand name companies because they stand behind their work. Well, Darron and his company meets or exceeds these expectations. His prices are extremely reasonable, nowhere close to the big bucks.. and he always answered when I needed him. He does that even after 1.5 years after the install. That tells something about a person. There was a minor leak during most recent rains and his team jumped into action and took care of it. I am so glad I got my roof done by his company.
