I wanted to thank Phillips for our roofing replacement project in Sun City West. The roof looks very nice and the job was completed as promised with the materials as specified, per schedule and cost.. Can't ask for more than that. I would not hesitate to recommend Phillips Roofing
Everything about the experience with Phillips Roofing was professional and pleasant. The price was about the same as the other bids we received, but they were the only company with a 20-year warranty. Some of the bids we received had only a 2-year warranty! For a ROOF! That was really the selling point for us, but we were happy with everything after that as well. The crew was kind and cleaned up every day after their work. The supervisor kept me informed daily on the progress and the amount of wood he had to purchase (ours was in BAD shape), so that I wouldn't be surprised at the end. The roof is done and it looks great!! I would HIGHLY recommend Phillips!
Called. Showed next day, gave estimate. Contracted for the work showed 2 days later and completed the job satisfactorily. Thanks Bill Service: Roof repair
