Efficient Air Heating & Cooling

I rarely find a company that offers a level of service so good, or bad, that it entices me to write a comprehensive review. In this case, I had an EXCELLENT experience. Anyone who has dealt with HVAC repairs knows this is equivalent to seeing a unicorn. Our residential AC limped through last summer and was barely able to keep our home livable. We knew we needed to repair and/or replace parts (or the entire unit) to avoid being steam-rolled by the incoming summer heat. We had three different companies come out and look at our system. To be fair, the unit was 18 years old and had seen better days. One company came out at diagnosed our issues. They suggested a plan of attack, but could not get the needed equipment to get us up to par because of supply chain issues. The second company came out and suggested the same repairs, but priced themselves out of the job. Oscar, from Efficient Air, was the last person to come out for a quote. The technician who provided the service was very prompt and professional. He alone warrants 5 stars. However, I was given a 4-hour appt time frame for the day prior and the office never scheduled it w/ the technician. Things happen yet they didn’t offer a discount / gift card…still required to pay the same service fee. Service: HVAC system maintenance

They came out for yearly service and said a part was not working in our AC system and they would order parts. 2 weeks later they came and replaced that part and basically "killed" our AC. Prior to replacing the part our AC worked fine and now the AC does not work and the temperature has been in the 100s. When called we were told that the technicians were all busy and would be able to schedule 4 days later.we are at our witts end with this and I have 2 little children. I would not recommend them to anyone for such poor work.
