Francisco the service manager came and repaired our thermostat. He answered our questions and took the time to make sure the job was done correctly. He came when he said he would be there and was quick at his job. He went above and beyond what was required to make sure the quality of work was done correctly. The technician who provided the service was very prompt and professional. He alone warrants 5 stars. However, I was given a 4-hour appt time frame for the day prior and the office never scheduled it w/ the technician. Things happen yet they didn’t offer a discount / gift card…still required to pay the same service fee. Service: HVAC system maintenance

Jason and Dennis were great. They were on time, friendly and very professional. They came in and did the job in a quicker time than I had expected also. I would recommend these guys and Efficient Air to everyone. The company worked with me after coming out initially after being assigned by my Home Warranty. Presented me with all possible options and was never pushy about any of my options. They even provided me with a Portable unit for my bedroom until everything was ready for installation.
