Air Care was the only service company that was willing to do regular maintenance during the hottest weeks of this summer when all the others were overbooked with repairs. The technician, Ken, was on time and had the A/C tune up done fast and efficiently. He explained our options and gave photos and recommendations. We'll definitely use Air Care again. Suddenly needed AC repair and called this company. They sent out a technician with an hour. Lucas was incredibly knowledgeable, trustworthy, and thorough. Really personable. Would hire this company again just based on the experience with Lucas. He was really good. Service: A/C system repair

Ok so we did the coupon mailer for our ac check up. Were told by Ken that we needed Freon and a new fan. They wanted 1400, I was like wth? I asked that I would rather go through my home owners insurance. So I called my homeowner insurance and a tech came out from Cloud 9. Everything came back fine no need for Freon or a new fan. Cloud 9 told us our unit is fine. This company is deceiving be careful
