My tech TJ was awesome! Very quick and knowledgeable! Hopefully I don’t have very many AC issues in the future, but if I do Ultimate Pro will be my first call!
I think my technicians name was Zach, he was great! Communicated every step with me, took pictures to show me what was going on & gave me a couple different options & explained each one well. Very honest & up front. Came out the same night I called & did the work the same night. Fast & friendly!
