I have used Dukes of air several times and have been very happy with their service. I was extremely impressed with Justin and Lane on this last visit. They were friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly on what the issue was and how to best repair my A/C. I feel that these two gentlemen went above and beyond compared to what other AC technicians would do on a service call. We are new to Arizona and just expected a typical inspection of our AC. I got professional employee ( more so towards my wife), a report of what was tested in my email and future package deals, so I don't need to schedule anything in the future.
