Arizona's Dukes of Air

Always a fantastic experience working with AZ Dukes of Air. We’ve used them for nearly a decade and proof that premium service at a quality price can still be found in the HVAC industry-preventative maintenance plan well worth annual spend. Technicians always show up within window, are courteous, polite and professional. Our last tech Jeremy Wallace was incredibly thorough and helpful getting right to the root cause. Also a huge shoutout to front office for calling us back right away and getting everything scheduled right away.

We are new to Arizona and just expected a typical inspection of our AC. I got professional employee ( more so towards my wife), a report of what was tested in my email and future package deals, so I don't need to schedule anything in the future. Dukes of Air is a professional business and employees showed that they care. My business will stay with Dukes of Air; nobody comes close to them. Respectfully. Thank you guys.

Danny and his crew showed up on time, they were very respectful, quick, and did an awesome job installing our new Trane. The new unit is so much quieter than our old system. I like that they put down a tarp where ever they walked and took time to address any question or concern. I also felt they were easy to work with and had great communication!
