Making an appointment with this company was quick and easy. They were able to get someone to our house first thing the next morning. Our technician, Sam, called on his way and he showed up right on time. He was professional and knowledgeable. I have much respect as he worked hard up in our attic. He diagnosed the problem quick, went and picked up the necessary part, came back and installed a new fan. He got us up and running again.
