Cactus Valley HVAC

This company has gone down hill in the past year. Not sure what’s going on but management should be aware because you just lost a customer for life and I will not be referring them out any longer. We used them when we bought our home almost 2 years ago. We called them back when we needed a new HVAC system installed. We were happy with the price and service. We went to turn out heat on 2 weeks ago and it didn’t work. Our unit is only about 4 months old, there should be no issues. We called and made an appointment, they never showed up. We reschedule and the technician came before the scheduled time so no one was home. When we had repairs on our old unit and also needed a new unit they had a tech out the next day but now that they need to warranty their work we can’t seem to get them out to help. This is the worst service I e ever had. Service: HVAC system maintenance

Cactus Valley is truly a step above the rest. From start to finish the new HVAC and duct installation was a positive experience. They were efficient, professional, and well priced for the work that was completed. Richard was very responsive and thorough. This company operates on the principles of honesty and integrity which is rare to come by. Five stars isn’t a high enough rating! As a former employee who didn’t get paid for 2 weeks of work and getting told by the owner that their not paying you should say it all. BEWARE of this company they don’t care about their employees. I wouldn’t recommend these crooks in your house. Service: Repair HVAC
