Rusty's came out after our compressor died in our old unit and gave us options and rationale behind why they wouldn't recommend fixing it and then gave us quotes and explanations on all of the different replacement units we could choose from. They were then able to install it within 2 days which was excellent for us. Being without AC in the summer here is impossible. I'd definitely recommend them and use them in the future. Sean especially was extremely friendly and knowledgeable.
Rusty’s saved our day, weekend, week! We called at 10:56am on the Sunday before a holiday based in a rave review from a family member. Chip answered (which surprised us on a weekend) and tech Richard was out and COMPLETED our repair by 11:50am. Less than one hour for scheduling, dispatch, and repair. The cost was fair, the service was phenomenal, and Richard was easily the most pleasant HVAC tech we’ve ever worked with. He was extraordinary and we can’t thank him and Rusty’s enough! Our AC went out Monday afternoon. I had seen great reviews on our neighborhood Facebook posts about Rusty’s. It was a little after 5pm, I and I wasn’t sure anyone would answer the phone, but a very nice man did, and I was advised someone would be out before 9pm. Richard arrived around 7:15, quickly diagnosed the issue, had the parts to fix it, and we had cool air blowing again, about an hour after he arrived. Richard was professional, and explained what needed to be done. We were very impressed and thankful for the quick response. I am very glad I called Rusty’s Air and Heating!
