Our AC went out Monday afternoon. I had seen great reviews on our neighborhood Facebook posts about Rusty’s. It was a little after 5pm, I and I wasn’t sure anyone would answer the phone, but a very nice man did, and I was advised someone would be out before 9pm. Richard arrived around 7:15, quickly diagnosed the issue, had the parts to fix it, and we had cool air blowing again, about an hour after he arrived. Richard was professional, and explained what needed to be done. We were very impressed and thankful for the quick response. I am very glad I called Rusty’s Air and Heating!
Simply the best. Better than all the rest. Rusty was on time Respectful. Informative. He came out the same day I called and found nothing wrong with AC unit (and was honest about it). It ended up being an electrical problem that an electrician will be repairing. Rusty's notes were very helpful to the electrician. It was actually a relief to know that my AC unit was all good!
