It’s Rusty, for the win!! My AC went out Saturday night, ugh, but Rusty was able to come out on Sunday on an emergency service call! He was able to diagnose and replace the parts needed! Rusty was knowledgeable, friendly, and educated me on my system. The communication via text was super helpful and the invoicing was clear. I was so impressed that I signed up for their maintenance program! Definitely recommend!

Rusty's came out after our compressor died in our old unit and gave us options and rationale behind why they wouldn't recommend fixing it and then gave us quotes and explanations on all of the different replacement units we could choose from. They were then able to install it within 2 days which was excellent for us. Being without AC in the summer here is impossible. I'd definitely recommend them and use them in the future. Sean especially was extremely friendly and knowledgeable.
