I have service with another group, but they weren't available to help on the weekend because of some extenuating circumstances, so I found comfort experts. They were able to come out the same day, so that was good. They also got the unit back up and running, which is great. The reason for the two stars is because they charged me for an hour and a half of labor instead of just an hour. I didn't scrutinize it very closely when I paid the bill, but afterwards I went back to see when they actually arrived, and it was exactly at 2:30 p.m. He finished with his work a little before 3:30, and then was doing some paperwork for about 10 minutes. He actually left my house at 3:40. So, definitely not an hour and a half. And really, the job was finished in 15 minutes - replacing the fuse.. that's all that needed to be done. The rest of his time was spent inspecting the ducts in the attic so he could tell me what I already knew - that we need our ductwork replaced. I've been up there plenty of t

Having your a/c quit this time of the year really sucks but Garrett was early to the appt and explained what he was doing. He gave me some good tips and advice which was much appreciated. I do have one very big complaint regarding pricing. I had a $45 thermostat installed and was charged $350. The product on the invoice was not the one installed.
