We found The Plumber on the Nextdoor app and because of all the positive reviews from surrounding neighbors, we decided to give them a call and we were so happy we did. Stratton Weiler was our tech and did such an awesome job. We had a number of issues: new shower head install, leaking faucets, water hammering noise after flushing the toilet, and our water heater broke. Stratton had great communication throughout the process. He explained everything going on with our plumbing and gave us an easy-to-understand quote with great payment options. Once we accepted the estimate he came back and did such a great job. He was thorough, professional, friendly, and earned our trust and respect. We are thrilled to find a local plumber that we feel we can rely on. Thank you, Stratton! Very impressed with The Plumber. The customer service rep McKenna, was pleasant, and efficient. I received a text when the service provider Josh, was on his way. He was on time, professional and resolved my problem quickly. The Plumber is the only call I’ll make if I have future issues. Thank you!
