10/10 for Dirt Dog Plumbing! Pretty complex issue was solved in about 6.5 hours and 1/3 the cost of my first estimate. So glad I called them for a second opinion. The two employees (Mike & Jake) we dealt with were first class & very knowledgeable about what they were up against, and how they would tackle the problem. Will not ever use another plumber. Worst plumber experience ever! They Always seemed to have great customer service and had used them for a few years. We then had an issue with a leaky shower that they “fixed” and charged me for an entire cartridge for the shower valve at $165. A week later it wasn’t leaking again. They wouldn’t return my calls so I had to have another company fix it AGAIN costing me another $200 for another cartridge. I was promised a refund by the owner and NEVER received it.
They're awesome! Outstanding jobs but Dakota & Spencer. They are always on time. They come in and take care of our problems and within the time frame given to us and the price. Very professional and dedicated. They're very knowledgeable- thank you Dirt Dog :D
