Overson Roofing

My 25 year-old roof had gaps and broken tiles. Contacted Overson to take a look. Estimator thoroughly inspected the roof and showed me pictures of the numerous broken tiles and my dried and cracked underlayment, which was clearly on borrowed time. With the upcoming monsoon rains, didn't want to risk any leaks, so opted to have the underlayment and broken tiles replaced. The estimate, while not low, seemed reasonable and I was more interested in quality than a low bid. Supplies arrived in about a week and a half and the crew started work within a few days of that. The supervisor introduced himself on the first day, explained the work, gave me his card and said to call with any concerns. He estimated the job would take about 4 days. The crew was done in 3. Roof looks great. Their cleanup was also thorough. Other than a pristine roof, there was no evidence they were ever there. Have had a couple hard rains since then with no leaks. I had a leak over my dining room ceiling and contacted some roofing companies and get some estimates. I realized that the entire roof would need to be done in order to do things right. My roof and the underlayment was 22 years old. Overson roofing was detailed in their estimate regarding the extra specifics regarding the vents, pipes, flashings, etc. on the roof, another company was not. They didn't charge extra for replacement tiles (which apparently are pretty inexpensive). Another "fancier/expensive" roofing company made a big deal about that with me. The work was priced well, done efficiently, and on time. The workmanship on the roof was excellent. I worked with Beau and Larry's crew, they were great. On a scale of 1 to 10 Overson Roofing is a 12! In today’s world finding a company that is committed to excellence from beginning to end is difficult at best. From our initial contact to ongoing communication with everyone at Overson, our expectations were exceeded. Overson’s sales and office staff were helpful and efficient. Applause especially for both the roofing and tile replacement team (Antonio, Felipe, Ails, and Henry—under the professional supervision of Victor) were amazing. This complete roof replacement, including working with a separate solar panel company, was done in over 100 degree weather, on budget and on time, exceeding our expectations.
