FH Air Conditioning

I had fountain hills Air conditioning come out today. The repair person was very nice, I will give them that. However we were told that our whole AC unit needed to be replaced and it would cost us over 10,000.00 they could patch fix it temporarily and that would cost us 800 to 900.00. I called several other companies for second opinions because well TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS for one AC unit. Every other company said my unit did not need to be replaced, I finally decided on a company to do the 300.00 repair and my AC is up and working great! I was being lied to here so they could make a huge sale! They charged me 89.00 to come out, not do a thing and lie to my face....Total scam!

Completes 90% of work and will gladly charge more to complete the job. During our HVAC inspection/service and altered tech to wiring concern on the roof. Thermostat wire from roof penetration to the unit was exposed, sun damaged and frayed, also assessed by tech requiring replacement as could short the system. Asked him to cover/protect wire (PVC pipe) but can only assume tech thought no one would look at the covered up wire. Not all wire on the roof was replaced, as we found old frayed wire by roof penetration upon review of work "completed". We alerted the company and tech came back out and said that is how they correct it as he can't replace all the roof wire as it would put a hole in the roof, although the wire comes through a hole in the roof. He talked to his supervisor and said he could splice the new wire in the attic, creating that hole in the roof he couldn't do before (he wouldn't be able to seal it), but that would cost another $300 approximately to not have any damaged wir

The Tech was very nice and seemed very Honest- His "Super" had to come and evaluate my system to tell me I should get a new one. All i needed was a new wire. I paid for that but then find I charged twice for the transaction. i called office Left a message and sent a text to dispatch- No response back all day- I finally called after work to find that no one was informed. I paid with a Credit card but now they have to mail me a check that will take 3 days to arrive. They never once sad we apologize for in convince. If I needed service they would called back in a jiffy- Manger should be aware of the slack in customer Service- :( It's all good! but please know that -** No at the office offered for me to pick up the check- That's incorrect "Owner"**
