Right Way Roofing, Inc.

I wanted to use this business, I found out they are actually RIPOFF Right way Roofing. I have about 800 sq ft of foam flat roof thats about 1 year old. I have a small area 8' X 2' that the foam company foamed over the solar drain back pipe. Which has caused a leak when rains. I'm working on moving the solar the solar panel up about one foot to relocate the drain back pipe. This way the small section of foam roof over the pipe can be cut out and foamed back flat. RWR will only do the job if they remove the entire 800' foam roof and re-foam. I had hoped RWR might be a honest roofing company but found out different. Because you wouldn't bother to come out and look, the small leak was only in the area of the solar panel roof mount, only in that area. That's ok I just know now to ignore your commercials on being a honest roofing company. There's nothing you could explain for your disregard on customers only wanting to do big jobs.

We just had Right Way Roofing install a replacement roof on our 28 year old home. Zach came out and spent over an hour giving us a very thorough estimate that included what materials they use, why they choose to use this specific type of underlayment and the entire process from start to finish. They offer a great product, price and warranty. The roof layers worked diligently all while in this awful heat wave we are having. They cleaned up very well each day. Jeff communicated often and also was very thorough as he spent several hours in the heat inspecting the roof and also the entire front, back and side yards for debris during the final walk through. Usually I would say get 3 quotes. We did that and I will now say, "Just use Right Way!" Very Happy! Just understand, that if you have several tiles that need replacement it will be impossible to match them perfectly. We had many and they did a good job locating them on the end of the back side. They also left us many of our old tiles and

I chose Right Way because of the great product they use on roofing and patio (Foam) was my issue that I wanted corrected but I had them check my almost 20 yr old roof and wanted to replace before problems occur which I did. The only problem I had was to get my roof completed in a timely manner! Didn't know when it would be completed and when they would show up! They need to keep the owner more informed. Other than that a great job but had to keep on top of the project. Dave Watkins was very helpful with my Patio to get it finished (Foam) finished coat and job complete. I liked the warrant for both my Patio 10 yrs and roof 30 yrs they did a great job overall. Thanks Leon Kappelmann
