David and his team, lead by Prophet as crew lead, did an AMAZING job with our 20 year old roof. We had underlayment issues which caused leaks and damage to the substrate. The crew were great at doing the repairs, getting the job started early and completed in less than 1.5 days. They actually left the site cleaner than what they found it. Everything was covered around the workspace to prevent a mess, They brought a good sized trailer (instead of a roll-off) to collect the debris which means they were able to remove it quickly. If they had a yard-sign that I could post in front of the house, I would be proud to have it there. The new roof actually looks _better_ than when it was new. We just had Right Way Roofing install a replacement roof on our 28 year old home. Zach came out and spent over an hour giving us a very thorough estimate that included what materials they use, why they choose to use this specific type of underlayment and the entire process from start to finish. They offer a great product, price and warranty. The roof layers worked diligently all while in this awful heat wave we are having. They cleaned up very well each day. Jeff communicated often and also was very thorough as he spent several hours in the heat inspecting the roof and also the entire front, back and side yards for debris during the final walk through. Usually I would say get 3 quotes. We did that and I will now say, "Just use Right Way!" Very Happy! Just understand, that if you have several tiles that need replacement it will be impossible to match them perfectly. We had many and they did a good job locating them on the end of the back side.
