Joe was very professional and tried replacing the thermostat to keep our cost down but had to replace the tank anyway (which we suspected because our tank was 30years old). Holly Plumbing Solutions (HPS) is the real deal - honest, reliable and affordable. I came across this company via a friend’s recommendation and their subsequent recommendation (the original was booked out two weeks)… SO GLAD I was pointed in their direction. To every homeowner’s horror, I noticed a leak coming through the ceiling in my garage (my children’s restroom located directly above). I contacted HPS, spoke to Kristen and she managed to get me schedule in for the following day (wasn’t easy, as Joe was booked all day that day… but they squeezed me in) - already a great experience.
